4. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Customer data is processed for marketing purposes, service development, customer surveys, communications, billing, debt collection, reporting, and other customer relationship management tasks. Purchase and transaction data as well as location data may be used to create customer profiles and target marketing actions and customer communications. Personal data may also be processed in connection with participation in events and other marketing activities. The data in this register is used to manage customer relationships in accordance with Section 8 of the Personal Data Act. The register is also used to inform customers of changes at Marra Oy that may affect them or their ordered services.

According to the EU GDPR, the legal basis for processing personal data is the individual’s consent. The purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill open job positions at Marra Oy.

5. Register Description
The following information is stored in the register: Name, Company Name, Billing Address, Visit/Mailing Address, Email Address, Business ID. For job applications: Name, Date of Birth, Street Address, Postal Code, City, Phone Number, Email, Education, Courses, Military Service, Previous Work Experience, Other Information.

The register includes various data necessary for the intended use, such as: Basic company or organization information for Marra Oy customers (name, address, email, phone number), and contact person details. Information related to the customer relationship such as orders, appointments, direct marketing permissions and prohibitions, other communications, and service-related information. Behavioral data on the website, participation in events, data submitted to events, and contacts. Event registrant’s name and contact information, if provided.

6. Regular Data Sources
Information is regularly collected from the customer for the purpose of managing the customer relationship and invoicing for ordered services.

7. Regular Disclosures
Data is not disclosed to external parties unless needed for accounting assistance with debt collection. In such cases, relevant contact and billing information may be provided to an accounting firm assisting with debt recovery. Register information is collected via website forms and emails.

8. Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA
Data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA. With the applicant’s consent, Marra Oy may share information with clients in order to select suitable employees.

9. Register Security Principles
Only the data controller and specifically designated individuals have access to the register. These individuals are the only ones authorized to process and maintain the data. All users are bound by confidentiality. The networks and IT systems used to store the register are protected by firewalls and other technical measures, and the hardware is kept in locked and monitored premises. Although the customer, sales, and marketing register is not classified as confidential, it is only accessible by password, known only to company representatives.

10. Right of Access
Everyone has the right to access their own data. A request must be submitted in writing with a handwritten signature or made in person at the controller’s premises. The request should be addressed to the register administrator. One access request per year is free of charge.

11. Right to Rectify Data
Everyone has the right to request the correction of inaccurate data. The request must be made in writing and must clearly specify which data is incorrect and how it should be corrected. The request should be addressed to the register administrator.
